New Executive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class for ages 30+
ATT Weston is excited to announce the start of our new Executive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (no gi) class for ages 30+  starting this Friday at 7:30pm.  The class will focus on leveraging and maximizing body positioning for escapes and submissions.  Student will learn to spar cooperatively, rather than competitively (ie..tapping), unless by mutual agreement.  The result is a very safe environment for all, regardless of age and physical conditioning.  This would both cut down on injuries and facilitate learning. Technique, timing and sensitivity will be emphasis over just raw speed and power.

The class will begin with a light warm-up to get the body ready

for the instructional portion, where participants will learn

the technical aspect of BJJ, then followed with light sparring

(rolling) supervised by the instructor.
